Lacul Morii is an urban inland venue in western Bucharest. Concrete embankments and hard shoreline replace a sandy beach. Buildings can make the wind gusty, and stronger conditions turn initially smoother water into chop.

Difficult entry and exit make this explicitly unsuitable for beginners. Only experienced kiters with local guidance, a controlled launch procedure and assistance should consider it. Keep pedestrians and other shore users clear of lines. Easy city access does not compensate for the lack of a soft recovery area.
