About the spot

Vadu offers an open sandy beach north of Corbu. Romanian kite operators name the venue, but it remains much less developed than Mamaia. Wind brings chop, waves and shorebreak; an empty beach does not automatically make the open sea beginner-friendly.

Independent riders should organise support, equipment and their return. Assume tuition only after explicit arrangement. The shore lies within the Danube Delta conservation area: check required permits, authorised routes and daily zones, protect dunes and do not drive or camp freely on the beach.
