About the spot

Cape Seča is an established watersports base in Piran Bay. Chickenloop offers kite lessons with a boat, instructor and safety support. Westerly to northwesterly maestral and southerly jugo produce different conditions, from smoother sections to chop.

The small shore access is not a broad beginner beach. The operator specifically describes bora launches and landings as demanding. Swimmers, boats and neighbouring salt pans constrain the venue. Thunderstorm gusts are unsuitable for riding; lessons and independent access depend on actual conditions.
