About the spot

Zingst’s designated watersports area is at beach entrance 6 beside the surf and kite school. West and east winds can blow along the shore, with chop or Baltic waves outside.

Closely spaced groynes require controlled entry and reliable upwind riding. Adjacent sections are busy with swimmers. Confirm the current layout with the centre before rigging; the whole town beach is not open to kiting in summer.
